ℹ️ What is WaveGuard?

WaveGuard is a software platform designed for Rapid Alert wearable badges, helping campuses manage real-time locating, badge operations, and emergency response through a unified operational command center. It is designed to give every person on campus immediate access to help — no matter where they are when an emergency begins.

By connecting wearable alerts, digital mapping, gateways, and visitor oversight into one system, WaveGuard compresses response time and eliminates uncertainty when seconds matter most.

Our impact is measured in action.

How might we
eliminate hesitation in emergencies?

Plan Space

Map your
facility with confidence.

A visual layout planner that helps integrators map spaces and place devices correctly, so location data can be trusted in critical moments.

Small setup errors create
big location risks.

Without clear floor plans, connected steps, and placement verification, minor installation mistakes can result in unreliable real-time location data during critical situations.

Manage People

Clear by every badge.

Managing people at scale requires accuracy and speed. Badge Management brings staff and visitor workflows into one unified experience, making it easy to assign identities, define access, and stay aware of who’s where in real time.

Clarity is hardest
at scale.

As staff and visitors move throughout a facility, badge data changes constantly. Inaccurate records or unclear access rules can introduce errors that slow response, increase risk, and overwhelm daily operations.

Handle Emergencies

Act with clarity under pressure.

Instant alerts, real-time location, and coordinated responder notifications bring critical information together the moment an emergency occurs—helping teams respond faster and with greater confidence.

Action taken!
Help is on the way.

Responders receive instant alerts and confirm their response, so teams always know who is on the way.
